| MLT INNOVATIONS WEBSITE ADVERTISING AGREEMENT
The Advertiser agrees to the following service fees
Setup Development Fee: $75.00. (Non Refundable -one time only)
Monthly Advertising Fee: $15.00.
Advertisement changes Fee $20.00 per hour. (1 hr minimum) (completed within 2 business days)
Companies who choose to pay the monthly fee up front will receive 1 month free.
Referrals: Want to receive one month free on your hosting? Just refer another company to us and if they sign on then you will receive one month free. The more companies you refer and they sign on, the more you save!
Prior to MLT Innovations performing any of the services related to the above selected advertising program, Advertiser will pay the Non Refundable Setup Development Fee. Monthly Advertising Fee can be paid in advance (up to 1 year).
1. Terms to the Advertising Program will be subject to the following terms: (i) the Advertiser will be advertised on www.campatterbury.com , for 12 months in 'concession; (ii) the advertisement will be prepared by MLT and approved by Advertiser as set forth herein. MLT will notify Advertiser that the website advertisement is complete and accessible and provide the internet web address where the advertisement can be located. If Advertiser does not notify MLT within 24 hours that the advertisement is unacceptable, the advertisement will be deemed acceptable by Advertiser.
2. Services not Provided by MLT. Advertiser acknowledges that MLT is obligated only to perform the services specifically included in the advertising program listed in Section 1, and that Advertiser will be responsible for all other activities related to the sale of the items or services listed on the website.
3. Lease. Advertiser agrees to this lease for no less than 12 months. MLT will automatically renew this lease after the initial 12 months unless otherwise notified. Billing will be for the future month (example: billed in April for May)
4. Payments. Payment will be in check or Money Order to MLT Innovations, 6056 E. Praire Stream Way, Columbus, Indiana 47203 unless otherwise notified. Returned checks will receive a $30.00 return check fee. Early payments of more than 1 month is permitted. Website changes will be billed by invoice.
5. Termination. Advertiser may cancel advertising and marketing within 60 days of lease termination. Written notice to MLT at the address listed in the first paragraph of this Agreement by - mail, or by email at scott@mltinnovations.com. MLT may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving Advertiser written notice at the address below of this Agreement by fax, mail, or email. If Advertiser terminates this Agreement, MLT will owe Advertiser no refund. Failure of Advertiser paying the above agreed advertising fee will constitute MLT (at their discretion) making the Ad non-viewable until payment is received, deletion of ad from the website. If the advertisement is deleted from the website due to failure of paying the monthly advertisement fee, their contract will be terminated with the remainder of the lease still owed to MLT. Sites will not get deleted until more than 60 days has passed since payment was due. Failure to pay for an Invoice produced from monthly advertising fee or from website changes will put your account in default and make it subject to any of the above.
6. Miscellaneous. The internal laws of the State of Indiana shall govern this Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and any other prior agreements are expressly superceded. This Agreement is not assignable by Advertiser. Advertiser agrees to hold MLT harmless from any and all liability, claims, disputes, litigation and/or judgments arising out of Advertiser’s breach of this Agreement including the breach of the representations and warranties contained herein, and will pay any reasonable legal fees incurred by MLT to defend against said actions. Advertiser shall be responsible for the payment of any attorney’s fees and costs associated with enforcement of this Agreement by MLT.
